Four colon cancer tissue samples and matched normal colon tissue samples were analyzed twice with miRNA microarray. All differentially expressed miRNA had a q value < 0.01 (false-positive rate). All, except hsa-miR-139 and has-miR-375, were up-regulated in colon cancer tissues.
