Panc-1 cells were treated with GEM (10 μM) with or without PSC-CM (80%) and SDF-1α Ab (100 ng/ml) for 72 h. (a): Apoptotic cells were examined by Hoechst 33342 staining (the arrow indicates the apoptotic cells), and (b) the percentage of apoptotic cells statistically analyzed. (c): Cells were harvested for flow cytometry analysis of Annexin-V/PI labeling, and (d) the proportion of cells in early-stage apoptosis was statistically analyzed.
