Cux1^−/− MEFs were stably infected in 3% oxygen with a retrovirus expressing p200 CUX1, CR1CR2-NLS or an empty vector. Following selection, cells were maintained in 3% or 20% oxygen and counted over a period of 19 days, from days 30 to 49.
