Serum-starved Rh30 cells were pretreated with rapamycin for 2 h at indicated concentrations, and then stimulated with IGF-1 (10 ng/ml) for 10 h (A) or pretreated with 100 ng/ml rapamycin for indicated time, and then stimulated with or without IGF-1 (10 ng/ml) for 15 min (B). Treated cells were harvested for Western blotting with indicated antibodies.
