(A) THP-1 cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of 15-oxoETE for 6 hr (B) THP-1 cells were incubated with 25 µM 15-oxoETE from 3 to 24 hr. HO-1 expression was used as a marker of activation of the Nrf2-mediated antioxidant response. One way ANOVA with a Bonferroni post-test was used for statistical analysis.
