The precursor o/w emulsion was prepared at an n-dodecane volume fraction of 0.50 using 1.00% w/w G37-H60-B30 worms and a stirring rate of 24 000 rpm for 2 min. The second-stage homogenization was conducted at either (B) 7000 rpm or (C) 11 000 rpm using a precursor emulsion volume fraction of 0.33.
