IRF-1 binds to phosphorylated NF-κB p65 and phosphorylated c-Jun in the nucleus after TNFα stimulation. Equalized (0.75 mg) protein from the RASF nuclear fraction, with or without TNFα stimulation (20 ng/ml for 2 hours), was immunoprecipitated with anti–phosphorylated NF-κB p65 or anti–phosphorylated c-Jun antibodies, and Western blotting was performed using an anti–IRF-1 antibody. After stripping, the blots were probed for phosphorylated NF-κB p65 or phosphorylated c-Jun. The results shown are representative of 2–4 assays. Bars show the mean ± SEM. * = P < 0.05.
