(A) MiR-106b mRNA expression was significantly lower in ovarian carcinomas and borderline tumors than in normal ovarian tissues and benign tumors and lower in metastatic omentum than in primary ovarian carcinomas. MiR-106b mRNA expression was negatively associated in ovarian carcinoma with (B) International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage (stage I/II vs. stage III/IV), (C) differentiation (well vs. poor and moderate).
