CD11c-specific Rictor−/− mice were adoptively transferred (i.v.) with 1H3.1 TCR-tg CD4+ T cells, and 2d later received I-Eα(52–68) peptide, with or without LPS (i.p.). After 6d, splenic T cells were harvested and stained for Vβ6-TCR and CD90.1, as well as intracellular cytokines.
