PBMCs stimulated with Mock; CSFV Cat01 strain (MOI = 0.1) or PHA (1μg/ml) in the presence or absence of the anti-IL-10 neutralising Ab (aIL-10). PBMCs from pigs developing persistent CSF disease at 6 weeks post-infection (pigs 17, 19, 23, 25 and 27) and pigs 32 and 33 (non-infected pigs).
