JZ534 induced lung cancer cell cycle arrest. (a) H460, A549, H1975, and HCC827 were grown for 24 h in RPMI1640 without FBS and then treated with 2 μM JZ534 or curcumin for 24 h. The numbers of cells in the G0/G1, S, and G2/M phases were determined by flow cytometry.
