MTT assay for the effect of polyplexes on cell metabolic activity and cytotoxicity. Polyplexes with N/P ratio of 1 were used. Positive controls were cell cultures without additives and cultures with naked DNA. Comparison with lipofectamine (LTX) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) were performed.
