GAS5 in combination with gefitinib suppresses the growth of EGFR inhibitor-resistant tumor xenografts in vivo. (A) All the tumors after removal from the mice after 30 days. (B) qRT-PCR analysis of GAS5 expression in tumor tissues formed from four groups, and qRT-PCR analyses indicated that GAS5 expression is significantly increased in vivo.
