Initial computed tomography (CT), axial (A) and coronal (B) mediastinal window contrast enhanced computed tomography (CECT) images show a focal contrast filled outpouching (star) arising from the free wall of right atrium consistent with a pseudoaneurysm. Coronal lung window image (C) shows pneumomediastinum (orange arrow) and opacity (green arrow) in right upper lobe adjacent to pseudoaneurysm in accordance with associated contusion related lung injury. Follow up CECT on day 2, axial (D), MIP coronal mediastinal (E) and lung (F) window CECT images show partial peripheral thrombosis (red arrow) of the pseudoaneurysm (star).
