Phosphorylation of IKKα/β, and IκBα in brain tissue 6 hours after cerebral I/R. The phosphorlyation of IKKα/β and IκBα significantly increased in ischemic brain compared with sham controls (#compared with sham, P<0.05). Treatment with TAK-242 significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of IKKα/β and IκBα compared with untreated controls (*compared with I/R, P<0.05).
