LPS increases the formation of VE-cadherin-positive early endosomes. LMVECs were exposed to LPS (1 μg/ml, 6 h), collected, and subjected to endosome preparation. Early endosomes were immunoprecipitated with an antibody specific to the EEA1 and subjected to immunoblot analysis with an antibody specific to VE-cadherin. Blots were stripped and reprobed for EEA1.
