Cell cycle effects of combination treatments with amiloride and erlotinib. Bxpc-3 and PANC-1 cells were incubated with amiloride (30 μmol/L) and erlotinib (3 μmol/L) alone or in combination for 12, 24, and 48 h. Cell cycle distribution was analyzed after PI staining by flow cytometry.
