Effects of amiloride on EGF (20 ng/mL) simulated phosphorylation of EGFR, Akt, and Erk in Bxpc-3, PANC-1, Aspc-1, and CFPAC-1 cells. Cells were pre-treated with different concentrations of amiloride for 2 h and then stimulated with 20 ng/mL EGF for 30 min, harvested and analyzed by Western blot analysis.
