c-Abl phosphorylates TEAD1. (a) c-Abl phosphorylates TEAD1 but not TEAD2. HEK293 cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids and analyzed by immunoprecipitation using HA-coated beads. Phosphorylation was detected by probing with a phosphotyrosine antibody (PY20). (b) c-Abl inhibits YAP-TEAD1 or YAP-TEAD2 activity to the same extent.
