(A) Wild-type Arabidopsis plants were grown under a long-day photoperiod for 10 days, and harvested at 4-h intervals during two consecutive days, the second one with continuous light. The amounts of transcripts of the NTRC and SRX genes were determined by RT-qPCR and refer to the minimal value for each gene, which was set at 1. (B) Arabidopsis wild-type and ntrc mutant plants were grown as indicated above and the amount of transcripts of the CCA1 gene was determined by RT-qPCR and refers to the minimal value, which was set at 1.
