Backbone amide resonance assignments of GGC. The 2D [15N-1H] TROSY-HSQC spectrum of U-[2H, 15N, 13C]-GGC in DPC micelles shown here was collected on a Bruker 600 MHz spectrometer with cryogenic probe at 30 °C. Sequence specific resonance assignments are indicated by the residue labels. To resolve the peaks in the crowded region, the spectrum is over-processed with a sharp apodization function in the 1H dimension with a 63° shifted squared sine-bell window.
