Age-dependent degradation of Rubisco protein is disrupted in the Osatg7-1 mutant. Rubisco protein concentration was determined in the middle, living parts (10 cm of the middle section) of leaves from different positions in OsATG7+/+ (white) and Osatg7-1 (black) plants.
