Tadalafil inhibits high glucose-stimulated events in mRNA translation. Podocytes were incubated with 5 or 30 mm glucose (GLU) for 5 (A–C) and 30 min (D) with or without preincubation with 10 μm tadalafil (TAD) for 8 h.
