The cells were infected with the EF-GFP AdVs at the indicated MOIs. The GFP mRNA levels were quantified by qPCR, n=3. (b) LacZ mRNA levels. The cells were infected with the EF-LacZ AdVs. LacZ mRNA levels are shown in the same manner as that described in (a), n=4. (c) Cre mRNAs levels. The cells were co-infected with the AFP-Cre AdVs (switch vectors) and a target vector which expressed dsRed by Cre-mediated recombination (excisional expression). The dsRed mRNA levels were quantified in the same manner as that described in (a), n=6.
