Senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-gal) staining of BMSCs following Rev-erbα overexpression and Wnt3a protein addition. (A) There are relatively more SA-β-gal+ cells (arrow) in the Rev-erbα group. (B) The rate of SA-β-gal+ cells for the Rev-erbα +Wnt3a group was a little bit lower than for the Rev-erbα group.
