Cell Death. (A) B16F1 cells were treated with P1G10 (1, 10 or 50 µg/mL) for 30 min, 4 or 24 h. At the end of treatment, cells were resuspended in hypotonic fluorochrome solution containing propidium iodide. After 2–4 h at 4 °C in the dark, the fluorescence of individual nuclei was measured using a FACS flow cytometer and DNA fragmentation was analyzed by FlowJo Software.
