Patient with metastatic melanoma. Treated with 20 mg hu-J591 doses. Day 1, day 4, and day 7 images (A-C) after treatment cycle 2 show multiple foci of uptake in the skin and subcutaneous lesions (D, E) most prominent in the abdominal wall and right thigh. Uptake also localized focally on SPECT coronal, sagittal, and axial images (F-H) along known lesions.
