Diagrammatic representation of the functional domains of NF-κB family members. All members of the NF-κB proteins contain the Rel homology domain (RHD). RelA, RelB and c-Rel contain a transactivation domain (TAD) and Rel B is the only member with the Leucine zipper motif. Other structural features include the glycine-rich region (GRR), Ankyrin repeats (AR) and death domain (DD) that are only seen in the p52/p100 and p50/p105 members of the family.
