Stimulation of uterine contractile activity with PGF2α. Statistical analysis reveals that the dose–response curves were significantly different (P < 0.0005). LogEC50 was significantly shifted by maternal age, YOUNG logEC50 = 0.009, OLDER logEC50 =2.22.
