Determination PoAb optimal concentration to L₂TES capture. 96-well polystyrene plate was coated with several concentrations of PoAb, non-specific binding sites were blocked with 1% skimmed milk; added different concentrations; 10 μg/mL of INP-1E4G4C2 MoAb, anti-mouse IgG-HRP conjugate at a 1:8,000 dilution and the reaction was revealed with chromogen/substrate solution. The reaction was stopped with H₂SO₄ and the absorbance was measured at 490 nm. The results are shown as the arithmetic media ± standard deviation from three triplicate assays.
