Data from whole exome sequencing and miRNA and mRNA expression experiments were integrated. Tumor suppressor pathways and DNA repair genes are repressed through different mechanisms, while tumor growth and progression pathways and genes related to endogenous mutation promotion exhibit up-regulation. Gene, miRNA and Pathway expression levels are depicted in red for up-regulation and blue for down-regulation; genes without differential expression are marked in white.
