Detection limits of the RT-PCR assay for three bovine ephemeral fever virus isolates: ON-3/P/12, ON-1/B/04 and ON-BEF-01-1. Synthetic RNA of the complete G gene was prepared, and 10-fold dilutions (104 to 10−1 copies per tube) were used as templates to determine the detection limit for each isolate.
