Inhibition of MM spheroid formation by Ad-NK4. Cells were mock-infected, infected with Ad-LacZ or Ad-NK4. After 24 hours, cells were plated on Ultra Low Attachment plates and cultured in spheroid medium containing EGF and bFGF. Infection with Ad-NK4 potently reduced spheroid formation.
