RT-qPCR analysis of gene expression for lipid transport and metabolism in regenerating PANIC-ATTAC islets. Pancreatic islets were isolated from WT, P-Adn+/+, and P-AdnTg/+ mice 5 weeks after initial dimerizer treatment, prepared for cDNA, and subjected to qPCR for the indicated genes. cDNA abundances were normalized against 18S rRNA.
