Vitamin C treatment shifts the transcriptome of A2058 cells. After vitamin C (0.1 mM) treatment for 48 h, differentially expressed genes are identified by EdgeR (1,147 genes), DEseq (789 genes), and Bayseq (74 genes) analysis. However, only 66 genes are overlapped by the analyses of all three methods.
