A subject with remarkable long-term correlation between cognitive scores and T1-hypointensities volume. All the data points were independently calculated and available at the ADNI portal [39]. Right: Hallmarks of CSF dysfunction on the same subject: ventriculomegaly and DESH pattern. Note lacunae in the deep gray matter, consistent with the radiologic presentation of dilated veins observed in untreated NPH patients [40].
