Labeled peaks indicate new resonances that appear in the CA-SP1 spectrum, but not the CA spectrum. The CP-DARR spectrum in (K) demonstrates the absence of signal from N240 of the SP1 peptide due to dynamics, while this resonance is present in the direct-DARR (C) and INADAQUATE (I) spectra.
