Gene ontology (GO) enrichment of all alternative splicing level-altered genes. GO enrichment was performed using agriGO. (A) Biological Process, (B) Molecular Function. The percentage is the ratio of enriched alternative splicing-altered genes to all genes in a given GO term using maize reference genes as background. The P-value denotes the enriched levels in a GO term, which were calculated using Fisher’s exact test.
