HaCaT cells were treated with 100 μM SA or SB for 24 h, followed by exposure to 30 mJ/cm² of UVB. After 24 h, the cells were performed. (A) The expression of caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, caspase-8, cleaved caspase-8, caspase-9 and cleaved caspase-9 were determined using western blots, with β-actin as the loading control.
