Starting from molecular and clinical data on CTCs levels, we model the evolution of cancer cells from the primary tumour (mammary duct) to the formation of metastasis (in the bone niche). By using the model, we predict the survival probability in metastatic breast cancer patients under different conditions (particular gene expression profiles or different response of the immune system).
