Overexpression of CP110 rescues anaphase catastrophe induced by CDK2 inhibition in human lung cancer cells. A549, Hop62, H460 and H522 human lung cancer cells overexpressing CP110 were each treated with seliciclib (15µM) for indicated hours and (A) scored for multipolar anaphase and (B) analyzed for apoptosis as detected by Annexin V:FITC and 7-Aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) staining.
