Most neurons from the cerebellum and hippocampus in saline-treated rats have normal morphology, but for the cisplatin-, vincristine-, cisplatin plus pistachio-and vincristine plus pistachio-treated groups, several degenerated cells can be seen with shrunken, aged nucleolus and dark cytoplasm
