The a–d coupling in the absence of analyte is $V_{ad}={10}^{-3}\hspace{0.17em}\text{eV}$ ($V_{ad}=0.01\hspace{0.17em}\text{eV}$) for the black (cyan) line and is doubled after binding, whereas ${\mathrm{\Gamma }}_a={\mathrm{\Gamma }}_d=2\cdot {10}^{-3}\hspace{0.17em}\text{eV}$ changes in ${\mathrm{\Gamma }}_a={\mathrm{\Gamma }}_d=5\cdot {10}^{-3}\hspace{0.17em}\text{eV}$.
