WtAS (210 µM) was aggregated alone or co-incubated with equimolar concentration of compounds 1, 3, 6 and 15 for 30 days. SH-SY5Y cells were co-incubated with 2 µl of above samples for 24 h followed by MTT addition. The products of MTT reduction were dissolved and colour was read at 570 nm. Percentage MTT reduction was calculated.
