Alignment of soybean NF-YA domains. The referred sequences are from Arabidopsis (At), Medicago (Mt), human (Hs), mouse (Rn) and yeast (Sc). Numbers in parentheses are the actual amino acid numbers of the start and end of NF-YA domain.
