Comparing among dysplasias χ² = 25.10, P<0.005; there was significant difference between high- and low- or moderate-grade dysplasia (χ² = 21.77, P<0.005; χ² = 11.90, P<0.005, respectively), but no obvious difference between low- and moderate-grade dysplasia (χ² = 1.37, P>0.1).
