Triple gene block (TGB) in genomes of different plant viruses and virus-like RNA assemblies (VLRAs). Genes are shown as boxes, and molecular masses of the encoded proteins with unknown function are indicated. TGB is shown in green. Genes of replicative proteins are shown in yellow. The locations of conserved protein sequence domains of methyltransferase (MT), helicase (HEL) and polymerase (POL) are indicated by shading. Other domains in replicative proteins are not shown. “SF-I REP HEL” denotes the superfamily I helicase domain typical for replicase proteins, “SF-I TGB HEL” – the superfamily I helicase domain typical for TGB1 proteins.
