Serum samples were obtained from the tail vein of the mice once weekly to measure serum PSA by ELISA and showed as a mean PSA levels (A) or individual PSA level (B) ± SE from the first day of treatment. C, serum PSA progression from treated mice is not correlated to tumor volume progression (r = 0.4694) and significantly different of control serum PSA which increases proportionally to tumor volume with a high degree of correlation (r = 0.7233).
