Routinely collect and examine data on staffing, services, and costs in order to understand the flow of resources and to assess value of programs and services. Survey public health, social services, and medical professionals to assess current level of collaboration and interest in improving care coordination. What steps need to be taken to promote the adoption of a uniform set of accounts by PHAs?
