Life Identification Numbers (LINs) assigned to ebolavirus isolates are informative of species membership and the outbreak during which they were isolated. A maximum likelihood tree was constructed and midpoint rooting was applied. Nonparametric bootstrap support values as a percentage of 1200 bootstrap replicates are shown above branches. Clades are labeled using virus abbreviations described in reference [2]. For Ebola virus (EBOV), the geographic location of outbreaks is also listed. Clades corresponding to individual species and to individual outbreaks are displayed as collapsed branches. Only those LIN positions that distinguish species and outbreaks from each other are shown.
